Shipping is from the United Kingdom and is charged at the checkout. Spend over £ 20.00 for FREE UK shipping.

International Orders

Are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Buyers are responsible for any extra fees such as taxes and custom fees. These may be requested upon delivery. I am not able to give costs for these as they vary for each country.

UK standard and International shipping is via Royal Mail and proof of postage is always obtained and can be forwarded in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please email me to arrange a return within 14 days of your purchase. This excludes reusable fabric face masks which are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product (hygiene and safety).

All returned items must be in the original condition, with tags, unworn and unwashed. It the returned is not deemed to be in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
