Hi, I’m Jackie, founder of Sewjackie®.

I create handmade fabric accessories designed to be practical, comfortable, and made to last. From wire headbands and pocket scarves to hats, bags, and custom accessories, every piece is carefully handmade in the UK using quality fabrics and thoughtful design.

Sewjackie began during the pandemic, when I started sewing face masks from home to support my local community. What started as a practical response during a difficult time gradually grew into a wider collection of handmade accessories designed for everyday use.

As my work developed, new opportunities led me into specialist textile innovation, including the design and manufacture of an innovative brain scanning cap created for neurological research. The cap was the first of its kind and is now used in universities, research institutions, and medical settings around the world.

This experience strengthened my focus on precision, comfort, fit, and functionality — principles that continue to shape every Sewjackie product today.
