Welcome to Sewjackie! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the  customer”) and us (“Sewjackie”, “we”, “our”) when you use our website or purchase our products.  By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sewjackie is a UK-based business creating handmade fabric accessories and made-to-measure  items.

2. Orders & Contract 

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your  order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or  there is an error in pricing. 

3. Pricing & Payment 

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. 

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. 

• We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store  payment card details. 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

• Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. 

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot be held  liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. 

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are the responsibility of  the customer. 

5. Returns & Refunds 

• Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy. 

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Product Information 

• As our items are handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or fabric placement may occur.  These are part of the unique character of handmade products and not considered defects. 

• We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but differences in screen  settings may cause variations. 

7. Intellectual Property 

• All content on this website — including text, images, and designs — is the property of  Sewjackie and protected by copyright law. 

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. 

8. Liability 

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sewjackie shall not be liable for any indirect,  incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. 

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. 

9. Privacy 

• We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. 

10. Governing Law 

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and  Wales.
