At Sewjackie, we want you to be delighted with your handmade purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns for Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please include photos of the issue when you contact us so we can resolve things quickly.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns on non-defective items too. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item(s) in unused, original condition within 30 days. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Exclusions
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How to Return
Email us at returns@sewjackie.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.
