At Sewjackie, every item is handmade with care. Here’s what you can expect when ordering: Processing Times 

• Standard orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. 

• Custom or personalised items may take longer — we’ll confirm timings with you. Delivery Methods 

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail second class. Please contact us for international  shipping quotes 

• Flat rate delivery  

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable. Delays 

We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or customs processing times, but we’ll always do  our best to support you if there are issues. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at  shipping@sewjackie.com. 

• Damaged items: please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. 

• Lost items: we’ll help investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a  refund.
