  • Yes! I offer made-to-measure on my sun hats. For other items, please message me your request and  I’ll be happy to discuss options.

  • Yes, as long as I still have the fabric available. Please get in touch and I’ll check my current stock.

  • I carefully source fabrics from trade shows and local shops. I always make sure they are responsibly  sourced and good quality.

  • Every item is handmade by me in my Nottingham studio – from the cutting stage, to construction,  quality checks, and labelling.

  • If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return your item in its original packaging  and I’ll issue a refund. The buyer pays return postage (this does not affect your statutory rights).

  • Most ready-made items are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Made-to-measure or custom  orders may take a little longer – I’ll confirm the timescale when you place your order.


  • Yes, if you have a particular fabric in mind I can often work with it. Either provide your own fabric  or let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can source.


  • Yes, I do. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location – these will be shown  at checkout.


  • Most fabric accessories can be gently hand washed or machine washed on a cool setting. Please  avoid tumble drying. For hats, I recommend spot cleaning where possible.


  • Yes – many of my fabrics can be used across different products. If you’d like a matching set (for  example, a headband, scrunchie, and specs case in the same fabric), just send me a message.
